Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and our 3D printing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide FDM/FFF 3D printing services. Quotes generated through our online tool are estimates and may be subject to adjustment after manual review, particularly for complex geometries or unusual requirements.

Orders and Payment

• A quote becomes an order when we confirm it after review.
• Payment terms will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your uploaded designs.
• We do not claim ownership of any files you upload.
• We will not share, sell, or distribute your designs.

Liability

• Parts are produced as-is based on your specifications.
• We are not responsible for design defects in the uploaded models.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
• We do not guarantee suitability for any specific application.

Cancellations

• Quotes can be modified or cancelled before confirmation.
• Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for cancelled confirmed orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brescia.
